■予約開始日について
スムーズにお申し込みいただけるよう、日本国内・国外にお住まいのお客様で予約受付開始日を分けております。 ご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。

日本国内にお住まいのお客様：11月2日（月）10:00～
日本国外にお住まいのお客様：11月9日（月）10:00～

※日本国外にお住まいのお客様が受付開始前にお申し込みされた場合は、予約成立後であっても取り消しとさせていただきます。

■ご予約前に、以下の注意事項を必ずご確認ください。

下記記載の他、ツアー内容・料金・参加条件等は、各ツアーページで必ず詳細をご確認の上お申し込みください。

【今シーズンからの主な変更点】

すべてのツアーが事前決済制となります。
「流氷ウォーク®」「知床五湖スノーシューイング」「けもの道スノーシューイング」は、体重99kg以下が参加条件となります。
送迎をご希望の方は「送迎付きプラン」をお選びください。今シーズンより送迎可能な宿泊施設にも変更がございます。
大人・子供料金の設定があるツアーでは、12歳以下が子供料金、13歳以上が大人料金となります。

【ご予約にあたっての注意事項】

ご予約は参加者ご本人からのお申し込みに限ります。 代理・仲介予約、未契約の旅行会社による予約、商用・転売目的での予約はお断りしております。
予約情報は正確にご入力ください。
お名前はフルネームで、カタカナまたはローマ字でご入力ください。
ご住所は番地まで正確にご入力ください。
身長・体重は正確な数値をご入力ください。仮の数値や虚偽の申告は認められません。
参加条件を満たさない場合や、予約内容の虚偽・相違、禁止事項への違反が確認された場合は、グループ全員の参加をお断りすることがございます。当日に判明した場合は、グループ全員の予約を取り消し、ツアー料金の100％をキャンセル料として申し受けます。
同一ツアーの複数予約や、仮押さえを目的とした予約はご遠慮ください。
天候や流氷の状況により、ツアー内容を変更・中止する場合がございます。特に流氷ウォークは、流氷の接岸状況によって「沿岸限定」での催行、または中止となる場合がございます。

【ツアーの集合・送迎について】
冬のウトロ地区は、公共交通機関やタクシーの運行が限られています。事前に交通手段や時刻表をご確認のうえ、お申し込みください。

●現地集合プランをご利用の方

ツアーの開始・終了時間に合わせて利用できる公共交通機関はありません。また、流氷ウォーク®では、道の駅に集合後、お客様ご自身のお車でガイド車を追走していただく予定です。自家用車・レンタカーをご利用でない方は、必ず「送迎付きプラン」をお申し込みください。

●送迎付きプランをご利用の方
送迎可能範囲：ウトロ地区内の対象宿泊施設・市街地施設
車内に積載できるお荷物は手荷物程度に限ります。スーツケース等の大きなお荷物は、宿泊施設やロッカー等にお預けください。

Winter Tour Reservations (RYUHYO WALK®, Shiretoko GOKO Lakes Snowshoeing, etc.)

～ Information for Tours Starting December 1, 2026 ～

■ Reservation Opening Dates
To ensure a smooth booking process, reservation opening dates are different for customers residing in Japan and those residing outside Japan. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Customers residing in Japan: November 2 (Mon), 10:00 AM (JST)
Customers residing outside Japan: November 9 (Mon), 10:00 AM (JST)

Please note that reservations made by customers residing outside Japan before their designated opening date and time will be canceled, even if the booking has already been confirmed.

■ Important Information – Please Read Before Booking
In addition to the information provided below, please be sure to check the details of each tour, including the tour contents, prices, and participation requirements, on the respective tour pages before making your reservation.

【Major Changes for This Winter Season】

Full payment in advance is required for all tour reservations.
Participants in the "RYUHYO (DRIFT ICE) WALK®," "Shiretoko GOKO Lakes Snowshoeing," and "Animal Trail (Kemono-Michi) Snowshoeing" tours must weigh 99 kg or less.
If you require transportation, please select a "Shuttle service included." Please note that the list of accommodations eligible for pickup has changed this season.
For tours offering adult and child rates, child rates apply to ages 12 and under, while adult rates apply to ages 13 and over.

【Important Booking Rules and Conditions】

Reservations must be made by the participants themselves. Bookings made by third parties or intermediaries, unauthorized travel agencies, or for commercial or resale purposes are not accepted.
Please provide accurate information when making your reservation.
- Enter your full name in Katakana or Roman letters.
- Provide your complete residential address, including the street address and building number, if applicable.
- Enter your actual height and weight. Placeholder values or false information are not accepted.
If participation requirements are not met, reservation details are found to be false or inconsistent, or booking rules are violated, we may refuse participation for the entire group. If such issues are discovered on the day of the tour, the entire group's reservation will be canceled, and a 100% cancellation fee will apply to all members of the group.
Please do not make multiple reservations for the same tour or book multiple dates or time slots simply to hold spaces.
Tours may be modified or canceled due to weather or drift ice conditions. In particular, the RYUHYO (DRIFT ICE) WALK® may be limited to areas near the shoreline or canceled depending on the presence and condition of the drift ice.

【Meeting Locations and Pickup Service】
Public transportation and taxi services in the Utoro area are limited during winter. Please check transportation options and schedules before making your reservation.

● For Customers Booking a For on-site meeting arrangements (No shuttle)

There are no public transportation services that match the tour start and end times.

For the RYUHYO (DRIFT ICE) WALK®, participants are expected to meet at the designated roadside rest area (Michi-no-Eki Utoro Shirietoku) and then follow the guide's vehicle in their own car or rental car to the activity location.

If you do not have your own car or a rental car, please book a "Shuttle service included" instead.

● For Customers Booking a Shuttle service included

Pickup area: Designated accommodations and locations within the Utoro area.
Only small personal belongings can be carried in our vehicles. Please leave large luggage, such as suitcases, at your accommodation or in a luggage locker.
