今日は結氷状態が比較的良い港内で催行しています。
Today, we hold the tour inside the harbor because the ice condition is better than any other place.

◎コメント

流氷本体が昨晩接岸し、沿岸に良い流氷が乗り上がっています。
しかし外海のウネリが強く氷の動きが激しいので、波の影響を受けづらい港内でツアーを催行しています。
場所によってはシャーベット状で歩きづらく、潮位変化を受けやすい結氷状態です。
沖は解放水面が見えていてウネリがあるので、氷原が崩壊する可能性もあります。

・流氷の状況は常時変化します！風向き次第では状況が一変することも多いです。
  （朝は接岸していても、昼には離岸してしまうこともあります。）
・ The condition of the drift ice  changes all the time. Depending on the wind,
　 the condition may turn completely.
 　  (For example, the drift ice lands in the morning, but it may leave from
        the coast in the afternoon.)
　
・ツアーは流氷の状況が良い場所で催行しますが、接岸状況によっては岸際での
　催行となる場合がございます。
　（皆様の安全のためです、ご理解ください。）
・ The tour is held at good condition places, but depending on the landed
      condition, the tour may be held by the coast.
       (For safety, please understand it. )

・天候の急変や流氷の状況によってはツアーが中止となることもございます。
　（状況が急変した場合は直前でのお知らせになることもございます。）
・The tour may be cancelled by the change in the sudden weather  or
 　the condition of the drift ice.
      (When the condition is changed suddenly, we may tell you that the tour
        is cancelled just before it starts.)
